The Arctiko MUF40 is a compact (35 litre), upright freezer operating from -80oC to -60oC, with digital controller including a display and alarms for over/undertemperature and power failure, stainless steel interior, locking door and single compressor system for low noise and energy consumption. The portable Arctiko CryoPorter operates from -80oC to 0oC and holds one accessory aluminium block from a range with apertures for PCR tubes, microcentrifuge tubes or cryogenic vials. It’s Stirling technology, compressor less cooling ensures quiet operation, low power usage and allows the unit to be used in the field from a 12V d.c. supply.
